This is an old post, but it was wrote originally in spanish, perhaps could be as helpful in english as the spanish version was, for those who still need help with this problem. The old post said that: "Something has happen at 8 in the morning, all my sticky notes were gone, all my important information, so i had to figured it out how to solved it. I didn't found good help, that's why i wrote these post, to help each others with the same problem. FIRST Don't breathe, these is very important, if you write something in sticky note could overrite the old file notes, even the stickys are already empty, DONT WRITE A SINGLE DOT.  There is two methods one soft and the others is harder, if you didn't overrite the file typing in sticky notes, you still can use the soft one method, else you'll have to follow the harder method that is also explain in this post, just lower. Hoy  me ocurrio algo que me dejó frío, todas mis notas del "Notas Rapidas" Sticky Notes habian desaparecido, eran importantes......... tuve que buscar la forma de recuperarlas ... Encontre muy poca informacion, por eso publico esta ayuda para sirva de ayuda a alguien mas. PRIMERO No muevan nada de sus sticky notes, no escriban nada para evitar sobreescribir el archivo donde se guardaron sus notas, si se sobreescribe tendran que usar otro metodo y ya no el sencillo que estoy explicando en estos pasos. El metodo drastico tambien lo explico mas abajo. SEGUNDO Deben dirigirse a la carpeta de la aplicacion Sticky Notes C:\Users\ (su usuario) \AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Sticky Notes TERCERO Encontraran un archivo llamado StickyNotes.snt, pueden abrir este archivo con el bloc de notas o con la aplicacion de Notas Rapidas %windir%\system32\StikyNot.exe , PERO OJO, si es que este archivo tiene menos de 4 Kb, estan perdiendo el tiempo.
